Rocking Horse Detail

This view shows some of the detail of the rocking horse. The "figure grain" of the wood has been used to accent some features of a real horse. A well placed knot serves as its' eye and the close grained knurl at the lower part of the neck simulates the short curly hairs on a real horse's neck.
